Happy Holidays!

Please join MCCH to fill the wish lists of men and women and children living in our permanent housing, intermediate housing and emergency shelter. We rely on individuals, families, school groups, businesses and congregations to hold collection drives, giving trees and other creative alternatives to make the holidays special for our most vulnerable neighbors. At this time, we still have 20 individuals waiting to be matched with a donor. Want to help? Please contact Teri Brenits at teri@mcch.net to be matched with a client or for more information on holding collection drives. Our current Holiday wish list can be viewed here.

Volunteer Spotlight
(Post) July 4th Music, Food and Fun at the HBCAC
We are so thrilled whenever we are able to build on our relationships with volunteers, finding additional ways in which we can work together. On July 6th, the outreach team from Covenant Life Church (CLC) found yet another way to offer support to the residents of our Home Builders Care Assessment Center in the form of a post July 4th BBQ and concert. The men at the shelter were treated to burgers, beans, cake, numerous fixins’, and music provided by a rotating ensemble of 10 CLC volunteer musicians playing blues and jazz in the great outdoors…a special summertime treat that was enjoyed by all. We thank the outreach team for your thoughtfulness!
