In the spring of 2002, the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless releasedHomelessness in Montgomery County: Beginning to End. The report, the result of over two years of work by community members, government, providers, and other stakeholders, is envisioned as a ten-year plan to end homelessness in Montgomery County and to improve services to those experiencing homelessness now. The plan is just the first step in our campaign to end homelessness and discusses how we can, must, and will end homelessness in Montgomery County.
