Coalition Homes, Inc., an affiliate organization of the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless, was established in August 2005 with the purpose of owning and managing properties to provide permanent homes
for people exiting homelessness.
As a nonprofit housing development arm, Coalition Homes creates permanent housing for some of the lowest income and highest needs individuals and families in our community.
Coalition Homes places formerly homeless households (single adults or families) in the units, providing varying degrees of case management, either in conjunction with a public mental health service provider or through MCCH staff.
Currently, Coalition Homes owns and manages 36 units in Montgomery County.
